What doesn't qualify as a re tune.

1) Cam upgrade.

2) Upgraded injectors or fuel return setups.

3) Turbo upgrades.

4) Engine Size or Altered Engine compression.

The reason for these upgrades not qualifying as re tunes is because they affect your current calibrations greatly which forces me to start adjusting the calibration from the beginning like adjusting fueling, timing and Cam(VTC) in its entirety.
